If this isn't enough to wake this group up, I don't know what will be. As you noted, PRIA is expected to be the prime beneficiary of a move to 300mm, and Intel does look like it is moving forward with a 300mm facility in Hillsboro. ebnews.com Regards, SlowThinker >I read a report on Intel from Merrill Lynch a few days ago. Someone had posted it on the AMAT board for some reason. The report indicted that Intel was planning to make a decision within the next 6 weeks regarding construction of a next-gen 300mm facility in Oregon. The report mentioned PRIA specifically as being the prime beneficiary of Intel's largess.
