Dennis, plain and simple, the co. does not have enough authorized shares available to facilitate a split at this time.

The co. will be having it's annual meeting on either May 5 or 6 (can't remember which), and it's a lock that one of the items that the BoD will ask for is shareholder approval to increase the # of authorized shares. Once it's official, the co. will be able to execute a split (most likely a 3:1).

Until then, shareholders need to console themselves only w/ solid revenue and EPS growth and a likely further advance in the share price. ;-)
