That scenario is often done, but usually at cheaper stock price levels.One of the Buffalo Capital shells that are fully reporting to the SEC could have been acquired for a lot less than a majority interest in CSMA at the 5 to 8 cent per share level.

Something else is going on., but I still have no idea what it is.
