I bought DIS yesterday at 33 and will buy more on the dips.
This company may sit for a few months but as a long term buy,
I feel Disney is hard to pass up. They are well diversified and
in businesses that tend to run well even in poor economic times.

I bought Wal-Mart a few years ago at 23 which is where it sat for
two years. Today it is in the 80's and unless I'm missing something
here, I think DIS may be the same scenerio.
