Good question.If one buys CSMA shares on the open market today, no spin off shares come with it. However, the question is: How many CSMA shares are owned by insiders and to what extent would they sell a part of their spin off shares? Since not all of the CSMA O/S is in the float, there will be Envirotec and AH ownership represented by holders of restricted CSMA stock as well. How much? Don't know. But we know that insiders owned more than 1/2 of the O/S. TG
