Have Potential to Really Get Cooking

What do two guys from Little Rock have that Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger
don't? A restaurant concept that's actually working.

That would be Dallas-based Dave & Buster's, named for its co-founders, Dave Corriveau and
Buster Corley. In the past 17 years, the pair has created a growing chain of eateries where the
dining rooms and bars are surrounded by vast halls of video games, billiard tables, golf simulators
and a host of other amusements. The chain has thrived while other theme restaurants, such as the
onetime darlings Orlando-based Planet Hollywood -- whose original backers included Messrs.
Stallone and Schwarzenegger -- and Minneapolis-based Rainforest Cafe, have failed to
consistently attract repeat customers.
