Emile, I think you should understand there are real barriers for entry into this business. Aspect has over 100 people in India who are constantly entering data and keeping their data base current. Anyone who wants to replace Aspect's service has to redevelop that data base from scratch. And a partial data base defeats the purpose. What does make some sense is an alliance with some other data base or software company. I see Baan mentioned cooperating with Aspect on some projects. Elliot
