In my opinion, people have not been concerned about the dilution problem because they were misunderstanding the actual potential for dilution. It had been indicated that the maximum amount of dilution was 22 million. This gave everyone a false sense of a security blanket that would limit potential loss on their investment.

Scott understood that this was not true and tried to alert you. Dorothy Simpson admitted that she had not done research on this and was relying on Scott to report back to her regarding this issue.

I agreed with Scott that there was an incorrect assumption being implied here. Even though everyone is advised to take responsibility for their own actions and hold no one else responsible for what they say, I think it is important that all investors know what factors (both good and bad) could affect them.

Many people want to have a big win on this stock, and I am certainly rooting for that to happen, but when someone asks to be given the facts, I feel it is the responsibility of a support group like this to provide any facts that it can.

The potential danger is small if the stock moves up because of good products and sales in a timely manner as desired. A worst case scenario would be that nothing turns out right and a downward price spiral causes increasing amounts of shares to be issued. Maybe not very likely, but not impossible, as Scott has indicated..
