On February 2nd, I had a brief conversation with Dustan. (Copy/Pasted from the main thread)....... Basically, here is the basic info that came out of the conversation. -- ARET is conducting talks with approximately 15 different tribes. New developments from any of them can arise any moment (hint). -- He could not tell me an approximate date for the release of some news but hinted that it could be as early as next week (we must understand the fragility of the issue). He mentioned that they get calls from tribes that they have not spoken to in a while and which are all ready to sign deals... -- ARET main revenue source comes from a "commission" of 2-2.5% of the transaction price. -- The prices of the houses vary from $23,000 to $200,000 depending on the income of the family and whether or not they are building from scratch or renovating. They have an average figure of $65,000 per house. -- The stock buyback plan is still available to Dustin if he wishes to use it. The Board of Directors has approved it (as you all know) but they have decided to use their net income to hire more employees (HINT) {-->personal note...This means that business is increasing and they have to meet demand!!!!!!!) -- There is approximately 380 million outstanding shares and at least 80 million are restricted to insiders (as per the 3rd quarter). -- There has NOT been any more printing of shares (as some pumpers and dumpers have hinted) and none will be printed for the time being. -- There will NOT be a rollback of shares!!! (not for the time being.. --This is all I can remember for now. Dustan was extremely professional in the way he conducted our conversation (BTW, if Dustan is reading this, thanks for your time). --I believe that this is the beginning of a good ride for ARET. The heat of mortgage season comes right after RRSP season which is the end of February. This is the opportunity we have all been waiting for. We have the possibility to buy CHEAP shares, which can ultimately bring in $$$$ for all of us who have faith. --Good things are yet to come... --I have already increased my initial position because the price is at a ridiculous LOW level!!!
