Monsanto, aren't they a big lumber company? Plywood? Don't they have drugs/food interests like sweeteners? Wouldn't they be interested in this type of land? Perhaps even the company? What would a buyout be worth? Furniture parts: check your local lumber store and see how much moldings are worth V.S. a 1"x2" or a 2"x4" The possibilities are endless, but let's not discuss them because we may hurt someone's sensibilities.
