FloydP, you may be right, but I put the blame squarely on the management. Wall Street doesn't like surprises and missing the earnings by .04 (33%) qualifies as a surprise. They should have pre-announced the shortfall. Heads should roll over this... The conference call was evidence of the nervousness of management. They tried to put every positive spin on the numbers they could, but, in the end, they screwed up. And guess who gets the short end of the stick? The BOD should be asking some serious questions and taking a very critical view of the management team. JMHO, Roy
