Geac Announces Search For New CEO
MARKHAM, ONTARIO--Geac Computer Corporation Limited today announced that as part of an orderly succession plan to Mr. William Nelson, Chairman, President

and Chief Executive Officer, it is working with Korn Ferry to seek candidates to succeed Mr. Nelson as Chief Executive Officer of the corporation.

Mr. Nelson, who turns 65 this year, will remain with the company as Chairman following the selection of a successor Chief Executive Officer. He will work closely with the new CEO through an extended transitional period and then continue with the normal responsibilities as the Chairman of the Board.
