I certainly have nothing positive to say about my experience with CIBC, they are a bunch of idiots..I'm being kind.. Who do they hire to do our trades anyway, what kind of training do those people receive before being allowed to play with our money? I am currently switching over to Greenline, but I have heard they can be very slow also, especially their online service..Suppose to be upgrading in April, we will see. I won't stay with them if I'm not completely satisfied with the service I receive. I am even considering a full service broker, it can't cost me much more than its costing me now, with delayed trades, . If anyone has anything to positive to say about the service they receive in Canada, I would be only too happy to hear it.. ze gyp
