Pretty close to my reasoning. My reasons for purchase consist of the idea that the stock price dropped this low due to the impending court case. The court case is now gone. The company is basically back to where it was when it was worth 20 cents. The MMs stand to gain a lot of profit by running it back to or close to original cost. Something financially had to happen to give them the opportunity to cancel the chapter 11. JMO
