That is that float factor in SIEB. It wants to rise, because there are continually new buyers coming in. . .giving it bouyancy. Shorts would love to sink teeth in, but with so few shares available...and no real profit taking, it will trade all day long, before shorts get a chance. Getting lots of CNBC now. I said earlier it could hit 50. Maybe last 45 minutes shorts can get hold, but it will need to be a concerted effort, PRFM was. Rande Is
