MBTA will be huge.

They have 20m shares at $1.50. Are merging with MBTE (18m shs at $1.50 or so). This will create a pan-European and Asian e-commerce presence which already has 7 million members. They just announced that they will offer free Net access to their 3mil UK members, expanding to the full 7 mil over time. They are already doing business on the Web as www.countdownarcade.com, a member-based discount service. The free Net access will funnel people through their e-commerce portal.

This sounds like a great idea to me, with a big captive member base and infrastructure in place. I can't believe the stock isn't a lot higher, but I think it soon will be.
