SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Site Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SITE)
today announced that due to lack of financial resources it has filed for re-organization and
protection under Chapter 11 with the U. S. Bankruptcy Court.
The Company plans to seek approval from the Bankruptcy Court to complete the sale of substantially
all of its technology assets to StarBase Corp., which was previously announced on December 21,
1998.
