Open Text is a member of ODMA (Open Document Management API). If you go to

aiim.org

it lists all members. I heard that Open Text is still testing their compliance so they don't actively promote the fact. I doubt if anyone would build a document management product and not be compliant. I noticed in the Microsoft page that Documentum only announced plans to be compliant:

A number of other leading vendors, including Documentum, IBM/Lotus, Interleaf, FileNet, and Oracle have announced plans to ship ODMA-compliant products.
