The "facts as known" include the very pertinent fact that Starr's investigation and the House's impeachment of Clinton was politically motivated. IMHO, this outweigh's any of Clinton's sins or crimes*.

*His crimes, if any, amount to low crimes and are thus not grounds for removal from office.
