I never said that Iomega sat on their hands once they got their product out, nor did I say anything about them not producing comparable products. Perhaps you haven't quite mastered the English Language, so I will try to use less intimidating words:

Syquest needs to get their products to boxmakers, and the best way to do that is to make it worth their while by offering a pricing strategy which makes it worth their while to switch from Iomega to Syquest.
