ANOTHER ETRASH NIGHTMARE

Yesterday, 2/2/99, I placed an order to sell $100,000 of JAVLX. Today, I received the following trade rejection:

Your order for fund JAMRX was rejected for the following reason: Insufficient funds. Thank you for choosing E*TRADE.

This is now the THIRD CONSECUTIVE MUTUAL FUND TRADE in which they
have made a mistake. The previous purchase was a duplicate purchase (they bought $15,000 and $150,000 of JAVLX, when I only requested $150,000; they did not exchange JAVLX for JAOLX per my request in December '98).

I will be contacting the SEC to register a complaint.
