Gerry- I can give you more info, but it might not help you resolve your questions. First, Tom LaVoy told me that the solar business is a "people business", apparently meaning that Kaufmann's contacts were one of the keys to PCOM's success. Thus, his departure is a negative. Second, I spoke with one of the secretaries at the company once who indicated that organizational structure was terribly lacking at the company. Perhaps some standard business practices from ACX will help matters. Additionally, the people at ACX have done moderately well since they were spun off from the rest of the Coors empire, so I don't consider them a bunch of "brewery boys". That said, I'm ready to reduce my holdings by 30%, but I think that you got there first. The price moments ago was 2.75, which is less than I am willing to accept, given that I believe we have support in the $2.50 to 2.75 range. Steve
