Then when my employer says I can't discuss certain subjects on the job or practice my religion, my Constitutional rights are being violated? What about my right to assemble in your living room? The government doesn't prevent it but I suspect you might. Are you violating my Constitutional rights? Can I posses a firearm in your house? Why not if I have a Constitutional right? The Government says I can so who are you to violate my rights? EP
