This is true indeed. A while back when See-BS network was looking for potential investors to go global with its hit songs (please see siliconinvestor.com, President Jayne Newell-Lanza took the initiative to assist the large scale marketing of those hit songs (Please see her post to me: techstocks.com ) when she said:

Addi,

If you ever produce that album and then take it public, call me. I will invest.

There is a definite agreement between See-bs network and the newly formed Mako Capital Inc. for the global publication of See-bs's hit songs. Once again Lanzas have come through.

From the same news release:

Again this is indeed true, and in fact it is the only reason See-bs network did not consider anyone else for the global publication of its hit songs but President Jany Lanza and Vice President Evangleist Jposeph Lanza.
