It makes me sick that government is not able to properly supervise these programs! But, does it surprise us? The Republicans have said many times that the hundreds of hours that they are wasting mounting their personal, political attack against Clinton hasn't interfered with their work in Congress. No SHIT! What can possibly interfere with their low work load. If they were working in the private sector, they would've lost their jobs long ago!
