sent payment for MB lite, funded money to southwest, downloaded and printed a 68 page training manual that has no mention of MB lite. I'm listed as MB custom when I wanted MB lite. Called MBT and was told they are not taking any more customers. My money sits at southwest and I can't trade. I left JPR because of poor service.....now what?.
