Hi Larry,

There are only 4 things I can think of that would provide MBI with the research and development funds it is going to need:

1. Private placement - venture capital firm

2. Share offering - warrants to let existing shareholders participate

3. Partnership agreement - pharma to co-develop some MBI winners

4. Joint venture - pharma to help develop existing technologies

Pick one.

We know MBI has $13,000,000 in the bank so this is not a "desperate" situation.

Share offerings are very slow to do and you never know if the offering will work out.

Private placement is much faster when there's a meeting of the minds.

Partnership agreement. Is there something MBI has we're not privy too that would make a partnership agreement a "win-win" situation for everyone including we shareholders?

MBI already has a joint venture with PENCE. Joint ventures mean you throw in funds as well as something else like potential drugs which they've done with PENCE. How many drugs can MBI have candidates for?

My guess, partnership agreement!!! My definition probably varies from your definition, right?

I'm looking for a partnership between MBI and ???????? that adds about $25 - 50 million to MBI's bank account.

I may be wrong but always remember, "I don't know for nothing!"
