Hi-- I call it "excellent financial management" myself. It properly sets financial community and investor expectations without any surprises. Just re-read the previous 200 messages on this thread, especially the ones before the announcement. As for lawyers and class action suits, that just sort of happens. They never amount to anything anyway and just suck resources--
