Sam,

It is not short covering. The total short interest is up for two months in a row, now at about 3.3 million shares. I also think that INPR is all but done with their buy back program, so I don't think it was them buying at the market. As far as them using their cash to buy and keep it above 5, I actually think that is a terrible way to use their cash resources. The market is much more powerful than any buy back program. If I remember correctly, the buyback program was about 1.5 million shares. We traded twice that volume in just the two days following the latest earnings. Their cash better be used to get revenues up, or the shorts like myself are going to win and I know Del doesn't want that. And by the way, when I say get the revenues up, I mean from selling their product, NOT interest from investments. We could all buy a nice REIT if that's what we were looking for.
