Gack! So Monsanto gets 80 percent of the revenue from Celebrex, and yet the houses upgrade PFIZER AND MERCK due to the success of Celebrex?!? Pfizer only gets 20 percent, Merck gets ZERO! What a joke! (from the story) Our revenue estimates for the product are $650 million in 1999 and $900 million in 2000. Pfizer will book its share of profits in its Alliance Revenue line as it does for Lipitor and Aricept currently. We are assuming alliance revenue from Celebrex of $77 million and $113 million for 1999 and 2000, respectively.
