Few complaints, but several months ago I decided $30 was too much to pay for short term trades. After checking out comments and complaints on SI and other sites - I went with DATEK. I don't trade daily, but they have been great for me, except for trouble accessing on high volume days. Schwab had problems at same times however. BTW- When I did my research, I found that ETrade and Ameritrade had many more complaints than the others.. TW
