jeffy boy, i do not have a dtc attorney source like you do to provide me such insider info. i have never heard this name before but my 'understanding' is aznt seeks "immediate" injunctive releif because shareholders can not get physical possession of there stock. so your claim of continuance seems strange to me. also your claims of nextech suit, tiefer vs. charlie, is over as you say. it has NOTHING TO DO w/ aznt. tiefer move case to nevada & got court order for aznt to supply the 224k shares . aznt has moved to set aside & will demonstrate, through the analysis of the forensic specialist that charlies wifes certs have been doctored, are restricted & have 'voting only' status. get a clue wellrich promoter. spider
