It is common for companies to license titles to other companies. MWY probably didn't have the resources to make another game, or was unwilling to take the developement risk. THQ is a pretty good company that I follow, but I have to admit I bailed on it (stock was called out in January via option call) and am looking to re-enter a THQI position.

Darn, MWY back down as I right this. Oh well....
