got court order for aznt to supply the 224k shares . aznt has moved to set aside You mean AZNT was allowed to appeal the judge's summary judgment? No federal marshals banging down the doors to seize assets as you claim will happen to the DTC? Is this appeal process something only AZNT is allowed to do? You are confusing me! - Jeff
