What I said was, "If BAT International owns 51% of each company, BAT must own at least 40.8% of the JV." I did not say that BAT does own 51% of SSPC, but 51% would be a controlling interest. We have not heard anything about BAT International relinquishing control of SSPC, therefore, your question is without merit, being based upon distortion of my statement of a generally recognized business principle. And, as another general statement, if BAT holds a controlling interest in two of the three JV partners, it must therefore control the Otay Mesa JV.
