H James--stable? A pause in a downtrend? A reversal? The volume tells us that this 'move' is just noise. We have not recovered yesterday's losses, and this is the first sign of any life in the last week. We will know a lot more when the volume picks up -- if the volume picks up. Most investors are not attracted to this stock because it is 'stable'. Stable is an unstable condition for this one.
