does anybody know anything more about this company other than what is in the press releases. Such as share structure. Who got what in the reverse merger. When do they plan on filing to become reporting. especially when july comes and all non reporting bbs get knocked down to the pinks. who owns what shares, who got what in the merger, who are the execs, how much money is infused in the company. all the etc. etc. thanxs
