To the thread,

I wanted to make a point here about something that IMO is important...

This was a comment made here recently..

<<At this point in time, every CEO of anything tech/internet related is looking for the big score. They want the market cap to be 40 Billion. They want to be billionaires by unloading their shares. They will do everything in their power to make sure this baby runs up.>>

While the first point in this comment is true, it is somewhat misleading in the fact that any CEO worth his or her salt will manage the business and if they do it well, the stock price will follow. Many of them are not only in it for the money, but because they love what they do or they fell into something that started small and got really big. Most of the CEOs and other insiders have limited ability to just liquidate their stock and are contractually bound to do it over time...they are not looking for a big score but rather to assure the success over the long haul.

That said, I'm sure the management of NAVR wants to get this IPO going ASAP because it provides them with additional opportunity. But NEVER (I repeat NEVER) think that a good company manages stock for the short term to help out the investor. If you do that, you'll lose your shorts more than you win.

Regards,

Dave
