Agreement With Quad-Linq Software Inc.

news) -- Phon-Net Corporation is pleased to announce a 51/49 ownership agreement in Phon-Net's favor with Quad- Linq Software Inc.
of British Columbia for the joint development of our Phon- Net Direct Connect Software.
The Direct Connect Software allows all Internet users to be directly connected through their basic phone to any website without having to
sign off the Internet. The big advantage of surfing the Internet and being directly connected while looking at your website screen is the
utilization of the same phone line. This allows for instant communication with the website to assist with your secure purchase, now through
a phone line and answering all your necessary questions including shipping, warranties, return policies, support and other impulse buying
questions. When you're finished talking, one click and you're surfing the web again.
A single line/modem connection to the Internet is all you need to use Phon-Net Direct Connect Software. It is free for all Internet surfers
to download. The software then will directly connect the customer to any website offering the Phon-Net Direct Connect Advantage. The
cost to website providers is approximately $500/per year.
All websites can turn hits into revenue generating direct connections with Phon-Net's Direct Connect Software.
Phon-Net is currently having discussions with exclusive distribution channels in several countries.
