WITH the telephones down and most everyone jumping ship it would be hard to avoid.Private placements are processed at a minimum of .15.The stocks doing this are generally trading at .20 to offer a 25% discount. Pricing would indicate they are most likely broke.I would NOT purchase this stock until the roll back is completed or the stock is higher.I am not even sure I would ever buy more. Regards Jim
