NASDAQ Requirements. Brad was handing out bad info! Look I don't pretend to know everything. There is much to learn. Your out here posting that you think this is a typical penny stock R/S scam. And I'm saying Brian Harris is trying to build a major player in the Telco industry and to do that he will have to be listed as soon as possible. You call that HYPE I call it an educated guess.
