Just spoke with I.R. The SEC has the proper Cusip number. Company is expecting the name/ticker change to occur tomorrow. Several releases are planned pending the name change. The company is also getting calls from brokers around the country. Most are waiting for the name change. In my opinion, if you can get in under $3, you're getting a steal. Just picked up some more shares myself at $2 25/32. Gator
