re: PM vol size inconsistancy

I emailed PQ and went ahead with converting the w98 vol to FAT 16B. Something interesting happened. The vol size is now more or less the same in PM main window, PM operations>info> disk usage and my computer>C:w98. Thats a good thing (to quote Martha Stewart). The size indicated from all three sources is a little over 2 gigs. I wish I understood what was going on here. If, in fact, in FAT 32, the w98 partition was 1 gig ( and I believe that to be the case because my computer said so and PM operations>info said so, and Jon said he was going to set it up that way) than does a conversion to Fat 16 necessitate a doubling of partition size to 2 gig?

The next step would now be to resize C: down to 1 gig or 500mb. I think I'll go with the 500mb since all thats on there will be w98, backup wNT, and some utilities such as PM, DI, Aopen Hardware Monitor.
