AS A PROGRAMER
The other thing that you have to think about is what the cost of
prudential or merrill etc to get into this market.
and It ain't doodle.... you can build a trading system for less than 5 million and probably do it in in several months. So what is it that you are buying? A Web site? Some Software? Which is the problem with buying service businesses anyway.
These guys could get blown out pretty quickly.

Anyone remember Ashton-Tate?
