Talking to people at Insignia, they are all upbeat. I know a few people who were looking for other jobs and could have moved easily, and earned more salary. Now they are talking excitedly about the opportunities for JENE and are staying with INSGY. The employees all have stock options and stand to win big if INSGY does well. This all sounds like very good news.

So why then the drop in the stock price?

I also heard a rumor that the CFO doesn't want the price to go too high yet. No idea why, but I wonder if that has to do with stock options or something.

Sounds like an opportunity to buy more at an artificially low price.
