Albert,
Here's some info on Chantal that someone posted on Prodigy. He got it from the Crutendon Brokerage in CAlif. First of all it's considered a cosmetic not a drug therefore doesn't need FDA approval. Chantal pent about 17 mill in research and testing for Ethocyn in a series of comprehensive safety and efficacy studies. Pre-clinical safety and efficacy testing of Ethocyn began in 1983 and through1988, it was tested in 44 studies in 5 species including humans. Test doese were up to 1,250 time the 0.5% concentration used in the cosmetic line. The FDA reviewed these studies and believe there were no harmful side effects. Truth in labelign and advertising are regulated by the FTC. Increasing the skin's fiber content is a medical claim and Changtal will not make medical claims in its advertising, labeling or brochres. Robert Pinco, former head of over the counter drugs for the FDA and Chantal's board member is advising the company to make sure it stays on the right track of the cosmetic line.

Thanks for the info on the sites. I was too aware of this. We still haven't installed Digiphone but actually would need someone to talk to when we did. I could post on Prodigy and talke to one of them. But right now we have other priorties. We should not have any problems, cuz we have a top of the line Pentium. WEll, will check with you later.

Irene
