No problem.. The hype was a little premature.. A R/S is a given in this kind of a situation.. It was the very first thing I thought of when I first looked at this one.. I am confused on one thing though.. In most cases the O/S is reduced so they can issue new shares to the in coming company.. But they are talking about a share swap... And did not mention issuing new shares.. So, Dave might be correct about the reason for the R/S... Chas
