Tiffany, no offense,but, your post is almost scary... You do understand that a split will result in you having 2 or 3 times more shares at 1/2 or 1/3 the price, right? In recent years, splits have been associated with run ups from very high priced stocks(its widely presumed that the lower price and greater number of shares will increase liquidity and lower volatility. But, a longer term analysis doesnt' show that splits have any significant long term effect on the value of a company's market cap.

The bottom line here is that if you have 1500 shares now and that's worth $45K and they split tomorrow you would still have $45K worth of stock...

The main advantage from a split at this low price would be to moderate the volatility a little.
