PM manual states the max size for a FAT16 partition is 2 gig. That must be why when I converted to Fat16 the 2 gig size was used, so forget my question about doubling from the previous post.

I resized w98 down to 502mb. The used amount came to 490mb since I have 2 clones of NT in the w98>DI directory compressed 40% I think. My NT backup install needs 117mb free so I'll have to create the DI archive partition before doing the NT install so there will be enough room for it.

So the decision of the moment is how big to make a partition for DI Images. I'll look back in your posts to see if you mentioned that. This partition will have to be FAT to store images of NT right?
