Rande, not sure what you're getting at here... my only point was that yes the PRFM/LYCOS news was out, but that the article concerning it had yet to be written.

I'd have to disagree that it has been set up that way. The only reason why brokers have this functionality is because number one, they currently have the money, and number two, they've been in the biz for years (without it, the brokerage would fail).

In the years to come, services such as Level II and Bloomberg will become less and less expensive IMO. If you don't believe me, check out this start up:
